- Baggage tags will be forwarded to Branch Secretaries. Please attach the tags to your luggage to facilitate identification of your luggage on arrival in Nassau.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The Bahamas will be responsible for airport transfers on official arrival and departure dates and ground transportation to all official events. Bus ($1.25 per person) and taxi are available to and from the hotel at your expense.

VISA REQUIREMENTS
No visas are required from CARICOM Nationals. Participants from Commonwealth Countries do not require a visa. (see visa requirements).
NB. Delegates are reminded that if travel requires landing in the United States of America (USA) please contact your nearest US Embassy for visa requirements for your country.
CUSTOMS
The Bahamas Customs requires all persons bringing equipment or material for the conference to provide information to that department prior to the arrival dates. Please contact the Conference Coordinator to obtain information on the procedure.
CURRENCY
The official currency of The Bahamas is the Bahamian Dollar (B$). United States currency (US$) is also accepted in all hotels and in all shopping areas. The conversion rate of the Bahamian Dollar is US$1.00 = B$1.00 (approximately). There is a Scotia Bank branch within walking distance from the hotel area. Transportation will be made available for persons needing to visit another bank not located on Cable Beach, ATM Machines are located in the hotel lobbies.
