The E. Clement Bethel National Arts Festival is an annual national competition for music, dance, art and drama for ages 2 to adult.  The National Arts Festivals is managed by the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Culture.

All Bahamian citizens and residents are eligible.

1. The Department of Culture will send a letter to all schools requesting that they identify interested participants.
2. Schools may request forms from the Department of Culture.  Other participants may collect forms from the Department of Culture.  
3. The applicant must complete and submit the application form, along with the required fees, to the Department of Culture.  
4. Once payment is made, the applicant must ensure that a copy of the receipt is attached to the application.  
5. All participants are required to select pieces from the Adjudicator.  The Adjudicator includes the set and choice pieces to be performed at the competition.  
6. Department of Culture will then set a date for the festivals and would communicate this date to all applicants in writing.  

The application forms may be collected at any of the offices outlined below.
