Registered Agents instructed by clients can commence a continuation of an International Business Company to a Regular Company.


Eligibility 

Registered Agents who have obtained their Financial and Corporate Service Provider's licence through the Securities Commission. Note: Registered Agents on the Family Islands must be licensed in New Providence.

Process 
  1. The applicant completes and files the required documents and information at the Company’s Section of the Registrar General’s Department or with a Registered Agent.
  2. The applicant then pays the required fee.

Supporting Documents 
  • Articles of Continuation.
  • Directors' Resolution.
  • Evidence of Stamp Duty payment.
  • Statutory Declaration notarized by an attorney.
  • Affidavits to the Memorandum and Articles of Association and copies of the originating I.B.C. documents.
