Eligibility 

1.  Citizens/Residents and Business with a valid credit or debit card (Is currency an issue i.e. B$ or US$)

2. Licensed Financial & Corporate Service Provider

 

Process 
  1. Registration at the Government Portal (receive access codes)
  2. Logon to Registry Services
  3. Select File Company Documents
  4. Enter company details
  5. Select the type of document to file
  6. Enter Credit or Debit Card information
  7. After approval, print receipt
  8. Submit required document

Customer-driven.
Deadline 
The International Business Companies Act specifies a time frame that the Directors must be file and for Regular Companies, Annual Statements and Declarations must be filed for each year after incorporation.
