Questions ?
The Department of Public Health is committed to ensuring professional service delivery. Whenever there is a perceived deficiency, the public is invited to make complaints.
Any member of the public can make public health complaints.
- Telephone the Department of Public Health and lodge your complaint. If the issue can be resolved at this stage, the process stops here.
- Write and submit a formal letter of complaint to the Director of Public Health or the Administrator, Department of Public Health.
Once the complaint is received, a member of the Executive Management team or a designate would investigate the matter, prepare a report, and the complainant is informed of the outcome.
