The Compliance Commission provides precise and timely information on the operations of the Compliance Commission as a Regulatory Authority for non-traditional financial institutions.
Anyone can request information from the Compliance Commission.
A person can obtain the information service of the Compliance Commission either by visiting its office or through navigating its website. All matters arising from walk-ins, e-mails, and telephone calls are addressed by the Commission.
There are no application forms for this service.
A most basic information request may be provided verbally and does not require any supporting documents.
Matters which require a legal opinion or reference to laws, regulations, or the Compliance Commission’s Codes of Practice may require that the request be provided in writing.
There are no relative fees for this process.
